The proposed project is expected to create knowledge about customer experience, efficiency, content usage and learning/studying in order to optimise distance teaching methods for different programs, insights into customer experience and teaching and preparation efforts, pre-designed virtual toolsets for more efficient teaching and defined processes for distance examination for different program and subject types. The results of this project will be made available through webinars/seminarsto THD and be published in peer-reviewed journals and on didactical conferences.
